Yes! I offer in-person training primarily out of Encore Fitness in New York City, as well as online coaching for clients anywhere. Online coaching comes in two forms: full virtual sessions via Google Meet, or programming-only where I build your training plan and you execute it on your own schedule.

I offer flexible session packages so you can train at whatever frequency works for you. Sessions are available individually or in multi-session packs, with better value the more you commit to. I also offer partner training and small group training for up to three people — a great option if you want to split the cost with a friend or train alongside someone.

Both. Whether you've never set foot in a gym or you're a seasoned athlete looking to level up, the program is built around where you are right now and where you want to go.

Yes. In addition to general fitness and strength coaching, I am certified to work with clients with adaptive and special needs, as well as pre-natal and post-natal clients. If you have specific health considerations, mention them in your message and we'll make sure the program is built around you.
