Who is Connor Longo?

I’m a personal trainer in New York City. I’ve been training people professionally for 4+ years in Boston, Chicago, and now NYC. I believe that no matter your fitness level, we can work together to achieve any goal that you may have. I’ve trained people totally new to the gym, college athletes, marathon runners, pregnant women, middle schoolers, Special Olympics participants and everything in between! I believe in a well-rounded strength first approach to fitness, supplementing with mobility and conditioning to help all of my clients achieve their fitness goals.
